Bioenergetics Health GEM Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor and Overview
The Bioenergetics Health GEM Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized and administered by Bioenergetics Health (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is independent of Energy4Life (E4L).
The purpose of the Giveaway is to encourage community engagement and participation in E4L’s bioenergetic wellness programs.
2. Eligibility
- Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must have or create an Energy4Life account linked with Bioenergetics Health as their practitioner.
- Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, representatives, or agents of Bioenergetics Health or Energy4Life and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
Eligible participants will receive entries in the following ways:

Referral Verification:
To qualify for a referral entry, the new participant must provide the full name of the person who referred them when creating their Energy4Life account or when first contacting Bioenergetics Health.
Referral entries will only be counted once the referred person’s new E4L account has been verified as active and linked with Bioenergetics Health.
4. Entry Period
- Start Date: October 1, 2025
- End Date: December 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM local time
- All entries must be received by the end date to qualify.
5. Minimum Participation Requirement
The Giveaway will only take place if a minimum participation level (as determined by Bioenergetics Health) is reached by the entry deadline.
If this threshold is not achieved, Bioenergetics Health reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel the Giveaway.
All earned entries will remain valid and will automatically roll over to any rescheduled drawing.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Energy4Life GEM wearable with Subscription Plan: Essential Access (approximate retail value: varies by region).
No cash or prize substitution will be permitted except at the discretion of Bioenergetics Health if the prize becomes unavailable.
The prize is non-transferable.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
- The drawing will occur on or about December 31, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via the email associated with their E4L account.
- The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
- If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
8. Publicity and Consent
By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Bioenergetics Health to use their first name, general location, and testimonial (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
- Bioenergetics Health reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that affects the integrity of the promotion.
- Entries generated by robotic or automated means will be void.
- Any attempt to deliberately undermine the Giveaway may result in disqualification.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of Bioenergetics Health, which are final and binding.
10. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bioenergetics Health, Energy4Life, and their affiliates, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
The Energy4Life GEM is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is designed to support awareness and wellbeing through bioenergetic principles.
11. Privacy
Participant information will be used only for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and maintaining Energy4Life client records.
Personal information will not be shared or sold to any third party except as required by law.
12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the country or state in which Bioenergetics Health operates.
All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
